We ship orders primarily through USPS, anywhere in the United States, except for the following states where hemp-derived Delta 9 THC is prohibited by law: Arizona, Idaho, Nebraska, and Oregon. Check your local laws before purchase. 


We will ship orders same-day, if they are placed before 11am Pacific Time (2pm ET) Monday-Friday. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.


What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer free USPS Priority shipping on orders $59.99+. All orders under $59.99 will pay a flat rate of $5.95. Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $59.99 – this does not include taxes or discounts.

Do you ship to all 50 states? 

We do not ship to the following states where hemp-derived Delta 9 THC is prohibited by law: Arizona, Idaho, Nebraska, and Oregon. Check your local laws before purchase. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at (888) 545-9427 to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If the order is still processing, we can update the shipping address. Once the order ships, we are unable to update the address.


How can I track my order? 

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through USPS Tracking.

How soon after purchase does my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at (888) 545-9427.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, reach out to our customer service, and we’ll make it right – simple as that. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll send you the return label. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of Herbal Oasis.


How much time do I have to make a return claim?

You have 60 days from your purchase date to make a return.

Can I request a refund? 

Yes, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date – no matter the order size; you can receive a full refund if you’re not 100% completely satisfied with all cbdMD products.


How long does it take to receive a refund? 

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.


How is my refund issued back?
